This tier covers essential areas like store policies, ethical advertising, and dispute resolution, with specific protections for industries like beauty, wellness, and renovation. CaseTrust Bronze accreditation allows these businesses to offer consumers confidence and assurance, while encouraging them to eventually upgrade to CaseTrust Silver or CaseTrust Gold for enhanced recognition and consumer trust.

The CaseTrust Accreditation for Spa and Wellness Businesses was developed to uphold high service standards in the ever-growing spa industry. A spa operator with the CaseTrust mark is consequently certified to have consumer-friendly policies and is trustworthy and compliance to the ME regulatory requirement.

Given the high costs of buying a car in Singapore, one should remain vigilant when making the purchase. As such, CaseTrust introduced two accreditation schemes, one by CaseTrust and another jointly developed between CaseTrust and the Singapore Vehicles Traders Association (SVTA) in 2008. CaseTrust Accreditation for Storefront is a scheme for the retail and service sectors. Under this scheme, retailers are audited following a set of well-designed and comprehensive criteria, covering the aspects of payment collection procedure, communications and dispute resolution procedures, store policies and staff capabilities and training. Businesses who qualify to obtain the CaseTrust accreditation will be able to display the logo on their shopfronts.

Businesses in sectors such as Childcare, Tuition Centres, Gym / Fitness Centres and Wedding Planners are required to participate in the Storefront Prepayment Protection Scheme if they collect advance payments from consumers. This ensures that, in the event of an abrupt business closure, consumers are protected. The unutilised portion of their prepayments will be safeguarded, offering them greater peace of mind and financial assurance.
